Person-centred

Our support is centered around each individual. We match staff skills to the person and provide personalized training. Person-centered planning is at the core of our approach, allowing each person to define what a fulfilling life means to them. We celebrate each person’s unique identity and character through tailored services.

We prioritize putting each person at the center of everything we do. This includes how we hire our staff, the training we provide, and the support plans we create. Using person-centered planning (PCP) techniques, we encourage each person to express what a fulfilling life means to them.

Psychologically-informed

We develop services and support systems which prioritise the emotional and psychological wellbeing of both the people we support and our staff teams. Approaches are relational and trauma-informed recognising the value of supportive social networks and meaningful connections with family, friends and the wider community in achieving long-term, positive change.

Staff are supported, through ongoing training and reflective practice, to build insight into and develop their own day to day practice in ways which maximise each person’s quality of life and contribute towards a healthy working culture

Co-produced

As one of our core values, we work with the people we support and those important to them to co-produce their service from the outset of their time with us and through any move-on / step-down pathways. We support people to understand their options and to make informed choices, ensuring this right remains respected and protected. Using co-production, we fully take on board the feedback and ideas of all stakeholders and use this as a catalyst for continuous improvement.
